| The fund’s objective is to outperform the Dow Jones Stoxx 600 index (euro denominated), taking advantage of urbanization and increasing demand for infrastructures. |
| Investment Strategy |
The fund’s investment strategy is focused on the selection of high-potential stocks positioned to take advantage of long term growth driven by the modern world’s structural trends.
The portfolio manager implements a diversified investment policy within sectors linked to various kinds of infrastructures:
- economic infrastructures (roads, airports, ports, railroads, parkings)
- services infrastructures (energy creation and distribution, water distribution and recuperation)
- social infrastructures (rail stations, hospitals, schools, prisons)
The investment process aims at identifying the best specialists in each selected domain, or those benefiting from the higher potential, with priority given to large capitalizations.
The selection is conducted with a double screening approach, combining SRI (socially responsible investment) and extra-financial criteria. |
