| Investment Strategy |
The Investment Strategy follows a two-step approach combining a strategic asset allocation (SAA) with a tactical overlay.
The SAA results from an in-depth analysis, combining economic analysis with valuation models to estimate the long-term risk premiums as well as the associated risks for each asset class. The strategic portfolio is derived from dynamic optimization tools and is adjusted when estimated risk premiums evolve.
The tactical allocation is based upon an assessment of short term market trends, supported by the analysis of structural and speculative financial flows and by the appraisal of the potential impact of “surprises”. Strategic and tactical allocations are determined in close cooperation with DPA Invest, an advisory firm specialising in asset allocation and long term risk management. |
