Xavier Lépine,

Experience: 24 years
Holder of a DEA in economics and international finance form the University of Paris IX Dauphine (1981), he began his career with Société Générale and later joined Banque de l’Union Européene. He created FP Consult which became part of Fortis Investment Management in 1997 and was named Chairman of the Board of Fortis Investment Management France.
In 1999, he joined Multifonds, which later became UFG IM, as Chairman of the Board and later Alteram (2001) and Nord Europe Private Equity (2004).
In 2006, Xavier LEPINE is named Chairman of the Board of Groupe UFG. In 2009, he furthers the development of the group and announces, in the spring, a merger with LFP AM giving way to UFG-LFP.

Experience: 26 years
Graduate of the "Institut des sciences financières et d’assurances" and "the Institut du droit du Travail et de la Sécurité Social", he began his career with Cholet Dupont as an actuary then as head of fixed income and research (1983 -1985). Successively thereafter, he was General Manager of Fimagest, President of the Board of Management of Fortis Investment Management France and Chief Regional Officer of Invesco Continental Europe. Patrick RIVIERE joined Group UFG in September 2008 as Vice President. |

Experience: 39 years
Alain WICKER is an actuary from the University of Lyon (ISFA 1967) and holds 1st and 2nd degrees from the Institute of Labor and Social Security and a degree from the Institute of Economic Studies (company management) of Lyon. He is the founder of La Française des Placements in year 2000. Earlier, he was General Manager of Générale de Banque (1998/1999) (Brussels), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fimagen and founder and Chairman of Fimagest (1986/1998). Alain WICKER was also an actuary for Cholet Dupont, Banque Indosuez (1971/1980) and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (1969/1971).
